Garlic & Lime Marinade

Squeeze 2 limes into a bowl
Add 50ml of extra virgin olive oil
Peel 4 garlic cloves and add to the bowl
Combine 50g of salt with 5g of black pepper powder and add to the bowl
Mix with a hand blender until smooth. The marinade is ready
Use it to season your protein with citric and garlic flavors!
