If you can’t find store-bought or can’t cook your own condensed milk, you can use dulce de leche instead.

Add 400g of cooked condensed milk to a bowl and whisk to soften it
Crack 4 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to condensed milk and whisk to combine
Add the egg whites to a stand mixer bowl and mix on medium speed until it starts to become a white foam
Gradually add 25g of sugar while still mixing. Continue mixing until you obtain soft peaks
Gently mix the egg whites with the condensed milk until homogeneous. The camel drool is ready
