Place 125ml of water and 250g of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir to combine the water and sugar. From there, just swirl the saucepan to help it cook evenly
Cook until it reaches 107°C
Add 375g fresh shredded coconut to the syrup
Stir for 3m until well combined
Add 270g of condensed milk while mixing
Stir the cocada for 6m until it releases from the bottom of the pan
Transfer to another container
Garnish with cloves. The creamy cocada is ready
