Milk Punch
This is a spin-off recipe on one of Bar Ran's most famous drinks: King Kong Milk Punch. A must-try recipe for all tiki-lovers!
Add <quantity>250<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of overproof dark rum and <quantity>125<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of passion fruit purée to a large jug
Add <quantity>100<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of orgeat and <quantity>75<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of fresh lime juice
Pour <quantity>140<unit>ml</unit></quantity> whole milk into another jar. Add the rum mixture
Place in the refrigerator for 4h to curd
Strain through a coffee filter. The milk washing is ready
Pour <quantity>90<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the milk washed drink and <quantity>2<unit>dashes</unit></quantity> of absinthe into a glass filled with ice cubes
Stir well over ice for 8-10s. The milk punch is ready
