Ally Marrone graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. She studied at the New Hyde Park campus and completed an Advanced Wine, Beverage, and Hospitality Bachelor's degree at the Napa Valley campus. In 2016, Ally began her career in NYC as a server at The Dead Rabbit while also being a part of the opening team at BlackTail — where she started as a bar back and worked her way up to being one of the Senior Bartenders. During this time, her passion for innovative cocktails and warm hospitality blossomed. She's currently working at the Grand Army Bar in Brooklyn, where she is the Beverage Director. Running a creative bar program that boosts up everyone on staff is a dream come true for Ally.
