A meticulous Virgo born in Santos, Brazil, in 1996. I studied journalism, but after graduating, I realized that it's much better to work with what moves you. Food has been a passion and obsession of mine for as long as I can remember: I come from a family where the kitchen is the central focus and eating is always a cause for celebration. Since entering the culinary world, I've tried to put into practice everything I believe in: food that fulfills both who's cooking and who's eating, always with a fair production chain. I love breakfast and layered pastries, and I strongly believe in more complex flavors in a bakery. All my recipes are adaptable, as I believe that everything's better when it's made in your own way.
