Brazilian of Japanese roots, he started cooking to be able to create special moments for people. Passionate about Brazilian, Taiwanese and Japanese cultures. He worked in a Michelin stared restaurant, a Food Truck and also won a scholarship in Japan to study about restaurants. He believes that cooking is connecting with creativity, study, nature and techniques, like a big puzzle, with different results to obtain and learn.
