Esthy Merino

Graduated in Gastronomy and Culinary arts at Basque Culinary Center, Esther is an entrepreneur passionate about sustainability, FoH, and customer service and beverages development. Esther has worked at different restaurants—such as Gallery by Chele Gonzalez (Manila, Philippines), Amass (Copenhagen, Denmark), Noma (Copenhagen, Denmark), and Alchemist (Copenhagen, Denmark) among others—, having several positions in different areas, including kitchen, FoH, research and drink development. Esther believes that gastronomy is one of the most multidisciplinary and complex disciplines where biology, physics, chemistry, and social sciences meet and coexist, creating different links between us and food.
