Born in Florianópolis, known for its beautiful beaches and rich gastronomic culture, Felipe Silva has always been passionate about gastronomy. After completing his studies in the area at the University of Southern Santa Catarina (Unisul), he began his journey into the world of cooking. Avid for knowledge, Felipe embarked on a journey of professional improvement over the years. Italian cuisine was the first area he studied in depth, in the Veneto region of Italy, where he immersed himself in the region's unique techniques and flavors. Seeking to improve himself, he decided to pursue an MBA in Gastronomy Management with a focus on quality and productivity. He worked as a chef in the main luxury hotels in the greater Florianópolis area. Today, Felipe Silva is the Chef de Cuisine at the prestigious Osli Restaurante, located on the most charming corner of Florianópolis, where he uses his creativity and skills to create an unforgettable gastronomic experience for his customers. He is also responsible for the entire gastronomic operation of the LK Design Hotel. His contemporary cuisine is a celebration of local ingredients, seeking partnerships with local producers to strengthen the community and provide fresh, seasonal dishes.
