Fernando is the Chef at Lardo Bar e Sebo, where he creates a casual and unpretentious cuisine, preparing almost all the ingredients from scratch, including breads, fermented items, charcuterie, sauces, and desserts. He has previously worked in Japanese and Brazilian restaurants, as well as establishments with Michelin stars, before becoming the head chef at Lardo, where he has been since its opening in 2021.
