We are working with what we call “relationsmat” relationship food. That means that we know the farmer and vegetable growers, the hunters, etc. Because of this, we can keep track of all the products we use, their origins and treatment. During the year, both our staff and our food friends harvest berries, fruits, mushrooms, and herbs. The fish comes from our local fishermen. The meat and vegetables are from small scale producers in the area. These amazing products are then cooked with love and respect in a traditional spirit at Flammans Skafferi. Our menu is like a sample of the area.
