I am Flavia Giordano, Italian food writer, certified taster, and educator. Born and raised in Bari, Puglia, I built my career as a gastronomy author for magazines and publishers since 2005, coordinating editorial projects to promote Italian food culture and diversity. After living in France and the United States, I have decided to call Sweden “home”. Here in Malmö, with my company Spaghetti ABC, I celebrate Italian food as a private chef through cooking classes, sensory events, and personal shopping services. My mission? To let you experience and understand the ingredients of Italian cuisine, the territories, and the culture behind them, with all the senses.
