Holly Dalton is a chef and company director of Conbini, a business dedicated to providing Japanese inspired flavors in the form of condiments. She has 15 years experience in the food industry, including head chef and executive chef roles. She has worked in several Michelin Star awarded restaurants, with the bulk of her career spent in Dublin, but with stints in Stockholm and Waterford. Holly has explored her passion for food and cooking on TV and radio, having appeared on season one of RTE's "Beyond the Menu" and in regular radio pieces on Newstalk and RTE Radio One.
