Jack Guyonvarch

I am French, from Paris. I have a French father and an English mother. I studied cooking at the Paul Bocuse School in Lyon and stayed in that town to learn with chefs such as Floriant Remont and Mathieu Rostaing. I moved to Stockholm at 25 and took over the restaurant Cafe Nizza a year later. I have been the head chef there for 4 years.
