I'm Juan Lopez, Colombian, Flora's father, and a pastry chef and cook. I've been in the kitchen ever since I can remember. Everything started in my grandma's kitchen, where I learned to respect the ingredients and the simplicity, and to love the art of giving joy. I traveled through Latin America cooking and discovering the culture of each place, spoon by spoon.
