My name is Maarten, I'm the founder of Fort Negen and I learned baking by doing internships all over the world and working in both bakeries and restaurants. After almost two decades of baking both at home and professionally, I opened a bakery in Amsterdam called Fort Negen. It specializes in sourdough bread, croissants and other pastries, all made from organic stone milled and local grains.
