From film graduation to a chef, 27 was the age of change for Marcella Ghirelli, when she faced a creative challenge from another universe: Food. Living between Lisboa and São Paulo, mixing culture and technique, Marcella created an informal, caring and creative cuisine without labels, and is always in search of something new. Omnivore, but caring more for the vegetable world and sustainability with each passing day, she's currently Chef at Cella Door in Portugal.
