Marcelo Tanus

Graduated in Gastronomy and Hospitality, chef Marcelo Tanus has worked in São Paulo at Café Antique and ICI Bistrô, in Rio de Janeiro at Zozô, and in New York City at Daniel and The Modern. He currently holds the position of Director of Gastronomy at Cia. Tradicional de Comércio in Brazil, where he is also executive chef and commands the kitchens of all the restaurants and bars of the company, which include ICI Brasserie, Bráz Trattoria and Bar Astor.
