Shihoma Pasta Fresca started its activities in May 2020, shortly after the covid019 pandemic started. It was a way to bring, in addition to a high quality Pasta Fresca, joy and comfort to people's homes.
The child's father, specialist in Regional Fresh Pasta and passionate about Italian cuisine, Marcio Shihomatsu spent 5 years working in Italian restaurants in Toronto as a cook and pasta maker. Since then, he has studied the processes and traditions of fresh pasta in depth.
