Pedro Ribeiro

Pedro Ribeiro is an experienced Brazilian chef who specializes in using national products, with a particular passion for fish and seafood. He has worked at several renowned restaurants, such as D.O.M, by Alex Atala, Maní, by Helena Rizzo, and Jiquitaia, by chef Marcelo Corrêa Bastos. Currently, he is the executive chef at Charco, by Tuca Mezzomo, ranked 35th in the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurant in 2022.
