Pea Purée


Lightly cooked peas, blitzed until it’s a smooth purée. Sweet and subtle flavor, ideal to serve as a side with many dishes, such as a roasted lamb or a grilled salmon.

  • Boil 1L of water in a medium pot. Add ½tbsp of salt

  • Add 2 cups of fresh green peas and cook for 2m until cooked through but still dark green. Transfer to a hand blender glass

  • Add 2/3cup of extra virgin olive oil and blend until smooth. The pea purée is ready

  • Enjoy!
