A floral and fresh cordial that you can use to add acidity to your cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages! Make them fresher and lighter with nice garden flavor vibes! This is perfect in a gimlet cocktail, so check out the rose & cucumber gimlet recipe.

  • Slice 200g of cucumber

  • Add the cucumber slices to an airtight glass jar

  • Add 10g of dried rosebuds

  • Add 200g of white sugar

  • Add 600ml of water

  • Add 7.5g of citric acid powder and 2.5g of malic acid powder

  • Stir to dissolve the sugar

  • Place it on the refrigerator overnight to infuse the flavors

  • Strain it through a fine mesh sieve into a bottle with a lid. The rose & cucumber cordial is ready
