Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes
A tasty potato served in a beautiful way: like a rose. It's a perfect side dish for steaks, roasted chicken or even a fish dish. It's very easy to make and will impress your guests!
Preheat the oven to <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Thinly slice <quantity>4</quantity> potatoes on a mandoline
Make a bed of 4 overlapping slices of bacon and top with a layer of sliced potatoes
Roll to form a rose and place in a silicone baking mold. Repeat to make 6 rolls
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste and place the rolls on a baking tray
Bake at <temperature>165<unit>°C</unit></temperature> until golden brown
Remove the rolls from the molds and garnish with fresh herbs. The bacon-wrapped potatoes are ready
