Buttermilk Whipped Cream
Whipped cream is a very common topping for many desserts and, without a sweetener, it can be used in savory applications. This whipped cream is extremely easy to make, very elegant, and adds a new flavor most have not tried that instantly elevates whatever it garnishes.
Try it with pies, puddings, ice creams, or even beverages such as hot chocolate and coffee.

Place a stand mixer bowl in the refrigerator to chill it
Fit a mixer with the whisk attachment. Combine 1 cup of heavy cream and ¼ cup of buttermilk and add them to the bowl
Add 3 tbsp of white sugar and a pinch of salt
Whip the mixture, starting on low speed and increasing to high, until medium-stiff peaks are formed. Be careful not to overwhip the cream. The buttermilk whipped cream is ready
Enjoy! Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
