This broth is a wildcard in your kitchen! It can be used as a base for any type of recipe and can be stored both in the refrigerator and freezer.
Cut 1 cleaned leek into medium pieces
Trim, peel, and chop 2 onions into large pieces
Add 2 Kg of chicken legs to a pressure cooker
Add the onion and leek
Add 5 dry shiitake mushrooms
Add 2 bay leaves, 2 sprigs of thyme, and 2 sprigs of rosemary
Add 1 L of water
Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 50m over low heat
Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve. The chicken broth is ready
Use it in your preparations!
