Chicken Broth
This broth is a wildcard in your kitchen! It can be used as a base for any type of recipe and can be stored both in the refrigerator and freezer.
Cut <quantity>1</quantity> cleaned leek into medium pieces
Trim, peel, and chop <quantity>2</quantity> onions into large pieces
Add <quantity>2<unit>Kg</unit></quantity> of chicken legs to a pressure cooker
Add the onion and leek
Add <quantity>5</quantity> dry shiitake mushrooms
Add <quantity>2</quantity> bay leaves, <quantity>2<unit>sprigs</unit></quantity> of thyme, and <quantity>2<unit>sprigs</unit></quantity> of rosemary
Add <quantity>1<unit>L</unit></quantity> of water
Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 50m over low heat
Strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve. The chicken broth is ready
