A delicious butter that we use in our cinnamon cruffin. It can be used as a substitute for butter and sugar in baked goods or just as a spread on bread. In other words, a great condiment to have in your pantry.
You can adapt the flavors to your liking by substituting some of the ingredients, such as using cardamom instead of cinnamon, lemon zest instead of coffee grounds, and coarse salt instead of salt.
Add 1 cup of softened butter, ¼ cup of white sugar, and 1 tsp of salt to a stand mixer bowl
Add 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of ground coffee
Whip with the paddle attachment on medium-low speed for 10m, scraping down the butter periodically until it gets fluffy
Transfer to a clean bowl. The cinnamon butter is ready
Use it to fill croissants or to spread on toasts!
