Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of vanilla ice cream and cinnamon powder to taste to a bowl and mix to combine. Place it in the freezer for 20m to firm
Add <quantity>500<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water to a saucepan over high heat
Add <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of caster sugar and stir to dissolve. Let it boil and turn off the heat
Add <quantity>300<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of balsamic vinegar and stir to combine
Place it in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it. The longer it stays refrigerated, the more intense the flavors will become. The balsamic syrup is ready
Trim and quarter <quantity>400<unit>g</unit></quantity> of strawberries. Plate them in a deep dish or a bowl
Add a portion of the Balsamic Syrup
Finish with a scoop of the cinnamon ice cream. The cinnamon ice cream with strawberry & balsamic is ready
