Coconut Daiquiri
One of the ultimate classic drinks: the Daiquiri! The holy trinity of rum, lime, and sugar. In this case, we replace the sugar with a coconut water syrup! This Coconut Daiquiri pairs perfectly with seafood, cheese platters, spicy dishes, light salads, and even with sushi or a ceviche.
Add <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sugar and <quantity>500<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of coconut water to a large recipient
Blend everything with a hand blender until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous. The coconut water syrup is ready
Add <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of white rum, <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lime juice and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the Coconut Water Syrup to a cocktail shaker
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Close it and shake it vigorously until thoroughly chilled
Strain the mixture into a coupe glass. The coconut daiquiri is ready
