Coconut Daiquiri
by
Ran Van Ongevalle
One of the ultimate classic drinks: the Daiquiri! The holy trinity of rum, lime, and sugar. In this case, we replace the sugar with a coconut water syrup!
This Coconut Daiquiri pairs perfectly with seafood, cheese platters, spicy dishes, light salads, and even with sushi or a ceviche.
If you don’t feel like making the coconut water syrup, it can be replaced with simple syrup to make a traditional daiquiri!
