Conde Sensato
Bitter and refreshing, the Conde Sensato came from the idea of making a more refreshing version of a Negroni. It offers a delightful blend of flavors that can be enjoyed in various occasions and pairs perfectly with charcuterie boards, spicy snacks or barbecues.
Slice <quantity>½</quantity> orange
Place the slices in a medium saucepan
Add <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of mixed berries and squeeze <quantity>½</quantity> orange
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of tonic water
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of white sugar
Bring to a boil and reduce to <quantity>¾</quantity>. Remove from heat and let it cool down
Transfer to a bottle. The orange & berries syrup is ready
Fill a glass with ice cubes
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the Oranges & Berries Syrup and <quantity>45<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of bourbon
Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of sparkling water and mix
Peel an orange and express it over the glass. Garnish the cocktail with a piece of peel
