Peel and thinly slice 15 g of ginger
Small dice the ginger
Trim, halve and remove the seeds of 1 small green chili. Small dice it
Add 1 cup of cooked brown crab meat and the green chili to a bowl
Add the ginger and mix well
Season with salt to taste and mix
Plate the seasoned crab meat and garnish with edible flowers. The crab salad is ready
Grab a chilled glass of wine and enjoy!
