Crispy chicken wings ready to be doused in your favorite sauce!
These chicken wings are marinated in a mixture similar to buttermilk and fried crispy.
Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to a bowl containing 500 ml of milk
Add 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
Add 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of ground black pepper
Stir to combine
Add 500 g of trimmed chicken wings to marinade
Marinate chicken wings in the fridge for 60m to tenderize
Remove wings and pat dry
Heat 1 L of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat
Fry chicken wings until golden brown
Crispy Chicken Wings are ready
