A delicious, bright and fizzy pick-me-up with complexity of flavor!
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Ayuuk into a highball glass
Add <quantity>5<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of mole bitters
Add <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of red vermouth
Add <quantity>4<unit>dashes</unit></quantity> of angosturas bitters
Add <quantity>3<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of demerara sugar
Trim, cut and squeeze <quantity>½</quantity> lemon to obtain <quantity>20<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of juice
Add <quantity>1</quantity> egg white
Shake vigorously to froth egg white
Add <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of ice cubes. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled
Add <quantity>2</quantity> clear ice in a highball glass. Pour cocktail
Finish cocktail with <quantity>20<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of sparkling water
