Weigh 30g of coffee beans
Grind the coffee to a coarse powder
Add the ground coffee to the French press
Pour 500ml of 94-96°C water over the coffee. Stir and cover with the lid, but do not press
Let it sit for 4m to infuse. Remove the foam from the top
Press the filter down. Let it sit for 30s and transfer to a serving pitcher. The French press coffee is ready
