Green Burger

30m

Fresh, seasonal vegetables cooked to order. Served with organic cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, crispy lettuce, fresh red onion, and organic pickles. Finished with a tasty sauce and a fragrant herb oil.

The green burger is based on a seasonal principle—using real, organic vegetables from the season, with focus on great taste. It can be green asparagus, summer zucchini, and mushrooms. Here, we used oyster mushrooms, but you can use any mushroom of your preference.
