A classic and delicious Guacamole recipe.

Halve 2 avocados and remove the pits
Remove the pulp of 3 halves and add them to a bowl. Reserve the remaining pulp
Add the juice of ½ a lime and salt to taste
Mash the pulps with a fork until you obtain a paste
Finely dice ¼ of a large onion and add to the bowl
Trim and dice 1 small tomato
Dice the reserved avocado pulp and add to the bowl
Finely chop the leaves of ½bunch of coriander and add to the bowl
Stir all the ingredients to combine. The guacamole is ready
Grab your nachos and dig in!
