With the Hario V60, you will have a filtered coffee that is more balanced and easy to drink.
Bring 350 ml of water to a soft boil or to 96 °C
Set a coffee filter in the Hario V60 coffee dripper
Evenly wet the filter with hot water to remove the paper taste. Discard the water
Place 20 g of medium grind coffee into the filter
Pour 60 ml of the water at 96 °C to moisten the coffee
Pour 150 ml of the water in circular movements. Let it drip for 1m
Pour the remaining 90 ml of water. Let it drip for 1m
Serve. The Hario V60 coffee is brewed
