Honey-Butter Roasted Carrots
A really easy to make side dish. Once you master it, it will be a regular part of your menu.
Preheat the oven at <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Thinly slice <quantity>6</quantity> medium carrots without reaching all the way to the end. The carrots should remain a single piece
Place the carrots on a roasting tray and spread <quantity>4<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of butter all over them
Spread <quantity>4<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of honey over the carrots
Sprinkle chopped hazulnuts and flaky salt to taste
Roast the carrots until golden brown. The honey-butter roasted carrots are ready
