Little Gucci Dress
This is a tropical take on a gin martini with Cocchi Rosa and mango brandy. As opposed to just using dry vermouth, Cocchi Rosa offers beautiful flavors of rose petals, and strawberries, with a light baking spice that lets the mango shine. It is a refreshing cocktail that pairs well with dishes that feature fresh, bright, and bold flavors, like fish tacos or spicy shrimp.
Pour <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of mango brandy in a mixing glass
Add <quantity>0.5<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> dry vermouth, <quantity>0.5<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> Cocchi Rosa, and <quantity>2<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> gin
Add ice until the mixing glass is full. Stir for approximately 30s until the drink reaches a silky texture and is freezing cold
Strain the cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass. Peel a small grapefruit twist and express it over the cocktail. The little Gucci dress is ready!
