Mango Cordial is a concentrated mango-flavored syrup that can be used to add a abristes-vos of tropical fruitiness to various cocktails! With cordials, you can add flavor to your cocktails and make them more fresh and light!
You can replace the mango with pineapple, rhubarb, or any other fruit that you prefer.
Add 500 g of peeled and pitted mango to a pot
Add 600 ml of water
Warm over low heat for 15m to infuse the water
Turn off the heat and add 7.5 g of citric acid powder and 2.5 g of malic acid powder
Add 200 g of white sugar and stir to dissolve it
Set a sieve with a kitchen cloth and strain the cordial
Gently twist the cloth to extract the liquid until it just starts to turn cloudy
Pour the liquid into a bottle. The mango cordial is ready
