Marvadeza
This is a citrusy and slightly spicy drink with passion fruit, chili, Aperol, ginger ale, lime, and sugar. It's a great cocktail to drink by the pool.
Halve <quantity>1</quantity> red chili. Place it in a glass and crush with a muddler
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of passion fruit pulp and <quantity>10<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lime juice
Add <quantity>10<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of simple syrup and <quantity>40<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of cachaça
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Aperol
Fill the glass with ice. Close with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 12s
Strain over a glass filled with ice cubes
Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of ginger ale
Garnish with a red chili and basil. The marvadeza is ready
