A clearer (literally) view on milk washing, a popular technique where milk is used as a clarifying agent for cocktails.

It's a fascinating technique that will add an extra layer of refinement to your mixology skills.

The first time I tried this rum (Worthy Park 109), I immediately knew that this was the type of drink I wanted to create with it.

A velvety milk punch with Tiki roots. For the King Kong Milk Punch, we do an extra infusion of coffee beans in the rum.

  • Add 250 ml of overproof dark rum and 125 ml of passion fruit purée to a large jug

  • Add 100 ml of orgeat and 75 ml of fresh lime juice

  • Pour 140 ml whole milk into another jar. Add the rum mixture

  • Place in the refrigerator for 4h to curd

  • Strain through a coffee filter. The milk washing is ready
