Mint Labneh
Curd, or Labneh, is made by straining yogurt to remove the whey, which gives it a thick and creamy texture that's similar to cream cheese. Labneh makes such a delicious dip! You can add herbs and spices to make it even more flavorful, and it's perfect as a spread on bread or as a dip for vegetables and crackers.
Chop <quantity>½<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of mint
Place <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of labneh into a bowl
Add the chopped mint and season with salt to taste
Whisk on medium-low speed, adding <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of extra virgin olive oil in a continuous string until completely combined. The mint labneh is ready
Serve, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
