This Miso Mayo will change your life. After this recipe, you will always have it in the fridge. It's a quick and simple recipe that's full of umami flavor.

This mayonnaise can be used on sandwiches, as a dipping sauce for fried snack, as a base for different dressings, and even as a complement on a steak tartare.

The white wine vinegar can be replaced with apple cider vinegar.

  • Add 4 egg yolks to a tall jug

  • Add 1 tbsp of miso and 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar

  • Add 3 tbsp of soy sauce. Mix with a hand blender until homogeneous

  • Add 2/3 cup of sunflower oil in a thin stream while beating until emulsified. The Miso Mayo is ready
