The Mushroom Flour can be used in many ways, such as baking, seasoning and condiments, thickening sauces, and even as a nutritional supplement for smoothies!
In the hunt for preserving tastes from our surroundings, we found this method to be an effective way of incorporating mushroom flavors into many of our dishes.
You can use any dried mushroom of your choice, but we recommend using a flavorsome mushroom with lots of umami.

Add 1½ cup of dried mushrooms to a blender, and blend on high speed to obtain a fine powder
Sieve the blended dried mushrooms and discard the pieces left in the fine mesh sieve. The mushroom flour is ready
Enjoy! Mushroom flour is great for making pasta dough or various breads!
