The mustard vinaigrette is a dressing that you can use in all of your salads! It is perfect for a summer day, with some fresh greens and vegetables.
It’s very easy and quick to make, and you can even replace some of the ingredients, such as the vinegar and the olive oil, with others that you already have at home.
Add 1 tbsp of mustard and 1 tsp of honey to a bowl
Add 2 cups of apple cider vinegar and whisk until homogeneous
Gradually add 1½ cups of olive oil while whisking
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk to combine. The mustard vinaigrette is ready
