An Oaxacan inspired, mole-flavored, manhattan-style cocktail!

This cocktail falls into the category of drinks like a Manhattan, Rob Roy, Harvard etc. This one highlights flavours that are I associate with Oaxaca, Mexico.

  • Add 40 ml of Ayuuk into a cocktail shaker

    Step 0
  • Add 5 ml of mole bitters

    Step 1
  • Add 10 ml of red vermouth and 1 dash of orange bitters

    Step 2
  • Add 2 cups of ice cubes. Insert cocktail strainer

    Step 3
  • Pour the cocktail from one shaker to the other. Repeat until chilled and slightly diluted

    Step 4
  • Strain into cocktail glass

    Step 5
  • Cut peel from 1 orange

    Step 6
  • Squeeze, rub cocktail glass and garnish with orange peel

    Step 7
  • The Oaxaca Cocktail is ready! Enjoy!
