A delicious, bright and fizzy pick-me-up with complexity of flavor!
Inspired by a cocktail I made as a young bartender. Opening the bar when i was a little hungover, it would pick me up like an espresso, ready to welcome guests and make cocktails.
Add 30 ml of Ayuuk into a highball glass
Add 5 ml of mole bitters
Add 15 ml of red vermouth
Add 4 dashes of angosturas bitters
Add 3 tsp of demerara sugar
Trim, cut and squeeze ½ lemon to obtain 20 ml of juice
Add 1 egg white
Shake vigorously to froth egg white
Add 2 cups of ice cubes. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled
Add 2 rock ice in a highball glass. Pour cocktail
Finish cocktail with 20 ml of sparkling water
The Oaxaca Fizz is ready. Enjoy!
