Orange & Apricot Jam
A heartwarming jam to add to toasts, pancakes, or your cake of choice.
Peel 5 oranges, completely removing the inner white pith
Cut the oranges into medium pieces
Cut ¾ cup of dried apricots into medium pieces
Add the oranges and dried apricots to a small saucepan. Add 2 tbsp of white sugar
Add 1½ tsp of cinnamon powder
Cook over low heat, stirring to combine. Cover the saucepan
Cook until the liquid is reduced and the fruits are caramelized
Use immediately or store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a month. The orange & apricot jam is ready
Enjoy it with a slice of bread or cake!
