A simple orange juice reduction with countless possibilities.
It serves as a base for various mocktails and cocktails, or even as a sauce for fish, chicken, or salad!
Extract the juice of 1 large orange
Sieve it into a saucepan and simmer over low heat until it is reduced to 2/3 of the original volume
Transfer to another container and let it cool down. The orange reduction is ready
Enjoy it with some sparkling water and the spirit of your choice!
