I am a lover of all wines and spirits, so I thought it would be fun to intertwine the two and make a wine-based syrup for a cocktail!
Add 237 ml of orange wine to a saucepan over medium heat and bring it to a boil
Add 227 g of granulated sugar and whisk until dissolved
Remove from the heat and let it cool. Transfer to a bottle with a lid. The orange wine syrup is ready
You can keep it refrigerated for up to a month. Use it as a substitute for simple syrup.
